The Colorado Mortgage Team Gives Back!

One of The Colorado Mortgage Team's core values is to give back to our community and planet. Below are of some of the organizations that we have put these values into practice by supporting.

We are proud to be a part of Homes For Heroes. Helping those who serve our community achieve financial stability and grow wealth through real estate is a true blessing for us. Those that teach, rescue, nurse and protect us are our communities’ true heroes. We are honored to be a part of Homes for Heroes. We do a lot that we are proud of but nothing compares to the joy that writing those checks to our heroes brings us.

This program enables us to cover the appraisal costs for our Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Military, Health Care & Education Professionals whenever they purchase or refinance real estate. Learn more at Colorado Hero!

Colorado Fourteeners Initiative

As avid hikers and outdoor enthusiats we are passionate about protecting Colorado's natural beauty. Colorado Fourteeners Initiative (CFI) protects and preserves the natural integrity of Colorado’s 54 14,000–foot peaks —the “Fourteeners”— through active stewardship and public education. Colorado’s Fourteeners contain rare and fragile native alpine tundra ecosystems that are uniquely adapted to living on these high peaks, some of which exist nowhere else on earth. CFI partners with the US Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, and passionate volunteers and donors nationwide to minimize resource damage from hikers.

The Marshall Fire

The Marshall Fire that broke out on December 30th, 2021 shocked us all. As a communitty we came together to help those impacted. We provided books to the local daycare and gift cards from Target, Safeway, and King Soopers for families from the local high school. In the midst of tragedy it was heart warming to see the overwhelming support from the local communitties.

Philippines Water Wells

Unfortunately not everyone in the world is as fortunate as us. Did you know that 29% of the world does not have access to clean water. We found A local church running a fireworks stand where 100% of the proceeds went to providing fresh water wells (like this one) to remote villages in the Philippines! Of course we bought extra fireworks for the kids and decided to give towards the cause as well. Check out the photos on Facebook.
