Their online dashboard made communication easy and allowed me to track the required steps as they were checked off. Refinancing can be stressful but the Colorado Mortgage team made the process painless.

Our experience with Colorado Mortgage Team was top notch! Chad and Ben were incredible with communication which was helpful as first time homebuyers. When we had questions, we could text or call and we would have a response within the hour. Because I don't speak the language used during the process, I was nervous about understanding everything- CO Mortgage Team put those feelings at ease and greatly diminished the level of stress! We loved working with them!

Been over 6 months since we closed and purchased our home with the help of the Colorado mortgage team. They have been very easy to work with, communicate very well, and we feel them as a relationship rather than some random mortgage company. I would definitely recommend for any first time home buyers!

Working with Clinton, Chad, and Ben was a great experience. This was my first time buying a home and I'm an engineer, so I had tons of questions... At no point did Clinton or Chad ever back down from anything I was asking. Ben and I didn't talk quite as much, so he didn't quite receive my endless questions, but he was also great. There's no question in my mind that I'll reach out to the team again whenever I'm buying my next home. The one thing I do want to mention was in regards to the lender we chose. Because of how involved I was with working with them, Chad asked if I would be willing to try out a new lender who had the best rates. The lender was a PITA and I highly highly recommend staying away from Sun West Mortgage, but Chad did everything he could to keep things on track. As far as I'm concerned, I did get the best deal possible. Clinton, Chad, Ben -- Thank you so much for all the help these past few months and I really appreciate the opportunity you gave me to further my knowledge and be informed about the finances of home purchasing. If I could do it again, I'd still work with you.

These guys are great. They'll take the time to explain every step of the process to you, and are always honest. They also work hard to go the extra mile with military and veterans. Would recommend every time!

The Colorado Mortgage Team is incredible! They made the entire process smooth, fast, and easy to understand. The team was always available and truly worked in my best interest. Their communication was clear, their tools were super helpful, and I never felt like just another number. Their system is conveniently streamlined and the live document feature allows you to easily review highlighted numbers over the phone. They didn’t just get me to the closing table.. they got me there in 2 week! If you want a mortgage team that’s honest, responsive, and genuinely cares, look no further. Highly recommend!
