Clinton Sistrunk is a Mortgage Broker with over 25 years of experience. He founded The Colorado Mortgage Team in 2011 with the mission to empower individuals with the information they need to thrive financially through real estate. He is also a Non-Practicing Crypto, Blockchain and A.I. Certified Realtor helping industry professionals develop and grow their businesses.

He is a loving husband and father of two little girls. Their family are outdoor junkies and you can often find them hiking, camping, snowshoeing, backpacking, mountain biking, snowboarding or off-roading in their jeep. He is an avid real estate investor who never hesitates to get his hands dirty with the trades. His passion for all things real estate fuels his desire to be a lifelong learner of every aspect in the circle of real estate. He believes that homeownership doesn't end at the closing table, it's just beginning and Clinton is your local partner for the entirety of the journey. Chad M. Rogers is a professional networker, business development coach, and a trusted home mortgage advisor. He began in real estate in January of 2002 and has extensive experience in title, appraisal and credit to draw from for his career as a loan officer. Chad graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Consumer & Family Economics degree with an emphasis in Personal Financial Management. Both his skills and education have allowed him to contribute to his community as treasurer of an HOA and as a CSC member at a local elementary school. As a top producer, Chad believes in connecting good people, shares proven business philosophies, and originates loans through education.

The Colorado Mortgage Team is incredible! They made the entire process smooth, fast, and easy to understand. The team was always available and truly worked in my best interest. My journey to buy a home was long and this team was very helpful and supportive. They responded quickly to phone calls and texts if they didn’t answer immediately when I called. Even if I made a weekend or evening call I received a friendly, pleasant and helpful response from Chad, Clinton, Ben or John.
